Domaine d’Aussières A d’Aussières Rosé 2024
AOC Languedoc
January 21, 2026 - Domaine d’Aussières A d’Aussières Rosé is a vibrant, full-bodied expression of Grenache and Syrah, grown in the estate’s cool microclimate. The top 50% of stony and sandy plots contribute to its complexity, with notes of blood orange, raspberry, and a touch of grapefruit. Pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the wine is matured on the lees for several weeks to enhance its richness.
