Anseillan Anseillan 2021
Pauillac
November 28, 2025 - Anseillan is a precise and consistent Pauillac, crafted by the Lafite team using grapes from cooler, later-ripening plots with more clay in the soils. This wine offers a clear, straightforward expression of the estate’s terroir, with a distinct identity. Its authenticity and reliability make it an excellent example of Lafite’s approach, reflecting the unique qualities of the northern-exposed vineyards. With every vintage, Anseillan delivers a focused, balanced wine that captures the essence of the land without unnecessary embellishment.

Attems Cicinis 2022
Collio DOC
November 25, 2025 - Cicinis Sauvignon Blanc is a single-vineyard expression from the foot of Monte Calvario, showcasing the ancient Ponca soils of Collio Goriziano. Hand-harvested from 20-year-old vines cooled by Bora winds, it ferments and ages in a mix of concrete egg tanks and barriques for nine months without malolactic fermentation. The result is a wine of low alcohol, vibrant acidity, and layered texture, offering aromas of citrus, papaya, and sage, with palate notes of vanilla, moka, jasmine, and a finish of lime and white blackberry.

Langlois Brut Reserve NV
Cremant de Loire
November 24, 2025 - Langlois Brut Réserve is a standout in the world of Crémant, crafted from estate fruit sourced across six distinct vineyard areas in the Loire Valley. Grapes are hand harvested in small bins and gently pressed, with only the first press juice used. Each parcel and variety is vinified separately, and reserve wines are incorporated into the final blend, an uncommon practice in Crémant. The wine is aged for a minimum of 36 months, far beyond the appellation’s 12-month requirement, resulting in a complex, refined sparkling wine with remarkable depth and elegance.

Champagne Ayala Rosé Majeur NV
Champagne
November 20, 2025 - Rosé Majeur is the perfect embodiment of the originality and finesse of the House’s wines. Made predominantly from Chardonnay, it is crafted with the addition of a small proportion of Pinot Noir from the best crus of the Montagne de Reims. A low dosage enables it to express the House style, both feminine and generous, with great elegance. The very high proportion of Chardonnay and the aging process result in a Champagne with remarkable finesse. It ages on the lees for three years, which is more than twice that is required by the appellation.
