Attems Cicinis 2023
Collio DOC
December 03, 2025 - Cicinis Sauvignon Blanc is a single-vineyard expression from the foot of Monte Calvario, showcasing the ancient Ponca soils of Collio Goriziano. Hand-harvested from 20-year-old vines cooled by Bora winds, it ferments and ages in a mix of concrete egg tanks and barriques for nine months without malolactic fermentation. The result is a wine of low alcohol, vibrant acidity, and layered texture, offering aromas of citrus, papaya, and sage, with palate notes of vanilla, moka, jasmine, and a finish of lime and white blackberry.
