Champagne Ayala Rosé Majeur NV

Champagne

December 10, 2025 - Rosé Majeur is the perfect embodiment of the originality and finesse of the House’s wines. Made predominantly from Chardonnay it is crafted with the addition of a small proportion of Pinot Noir from the best crus of the Montagne de Reims. A low dosage enables it to express the House style, both feminine and generous, with great elegance.

Attems Cicinis 2023

Collio DOC

December 03, 2025 - Cicinis Sauvignon Blanc is a single-vineyard expression from the foot of Monte Calvario, showcasing the ancient Ponca soils of Collio Goriziano. Hand-harvested from 20-year-old vines cooled by Bora winds, it ferments and ages in a mix of concrete egg tanks and barriques for nine months without malolactic fermentation. The result is a wine of low alcohol, vibrant acidity, and layered texture, offering aromas of citrus, papaya, and sage, with palate notes of vanilla, moka, jasmine, and a finish of lime and white blackberry.
