Champagne Ayala Brut Majeur NV

Champagne

October 02, 2024 - Brut Majeur is the epitome of a non-vintage brut from a great, historic House and is the finest ambassador for Ayala's fresh, elegant style. Brut Majeur has the highest proportion of Chardonnay of all the traditional Champagne houses.

Champagne Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé 2015

Champagne, France

September 25, 2024 - Lily Bollinger agreed to a Bollinger rosé under one condition, it had to be extraordinary, and that is how La Grande Année Rosé was born. A blend like no other, the wine is as an extension to the House's prestige cuvée, La Grande Année, as is the subtle marriage between this great vintage Champagne and the addition of red wine from a unique plot, the legendary Côte aux Enfants.

Wine Spectator - September 25, 2024 "Like a racing spinnaker, this is tightly trimmed yet voluminous in character. Toasty notes of roasted almond and vanilla wafer are deftly integrated with sun-dried black cherry, baked peach, blood…

Château d’Aussières Rouge 2020

Languedoc

September 04, 2024 - The top wine of the estate undergoes a rigorous selection from the best, low-yielding hilltop plots. Based on Syrah and Moruvèdre with small amounts of Grenache and Carignan, its extended aging in oak gives it the potential to age for 10+ years.

James Suckling - July 17, 2024 "A well-composed, textural, balanced and layered red with aromas of cherries, strawberries, Mediterranean herbs, baking spices, bark and hints of undergrowth. It’s medium-bodied with finely grained tannins and a refined…

Hubert Brochard Sancerre Les Trois Coteaux 2023

Sancerre

August 19, 2024 - This Sauvignon comes from our vineyards surrounding the winery based in chavignol in the center of the Appellation. It is a caillotes soil (small chalky stones). Then the pressing is only in pneumatic presses. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature in order to keep all the fine aromas of Sauvignon. This caillotes terroir will give very balanced, fine and precise Sancerre. The bottling will be around may the year after the harvest. A perfect expression of the caillotes soil of Sancerre.

Wine Spectator - August 17, 2024 "Shows balance between its fruit and energy, with good stuffing to the notes of gooseberry, smoke and sweet meadow blossoms. Everything is nicely reined in by zippy acidity and smoky,…
